Our agency is based in Dallas Texas. However, we are capable of covering the entire Dallas and Fort Worth metroplex without any additional fees for travel. Travel expenses will be assessed for any investigations outside the Dallas Texas and Fort Worth metroplex. 

Of particular concern to our agency are situations involving fathers rights, and welfare of children.  We realize that there are cases where the mother is not the best parent, and each case must be evaluated by the merits of both the father and mother.  Our agency believes that fathers rights are are as important as mothers rights when it comes to child welfare.  We do our utmost to obtain evidence which supports your efforts to enforce child custody laws in your individual situation. 

All of our divorce investigations and child custody investigations are “court ready.” At the conclusion of the investigation you will be provided a professional written investigative report which reflects a knowledge of child  custody laws.  you will also be provided a copy of any videotapes/audiotapes that were recorded during the investigation.  Both the report and videotape may be used in court as evidence. 

In situations requiring our court testimony, we are available to serve as a witness on your behalf in your child custody litigation or divorce case.  Our agency is familiar with Texas child custody laws, and will testify as a  credible witness on your behalf.
